1. Gold Jewellery Exchange

  • Gold jewellery may be exchanged within 15 days from the date of purchase.
  • The item must be accompanied by the original invoice and be in its original condition.
  • Exchange is subject to quality inspection and verification.
  • Making charges, taxes, discounts, and promotional benefits applied on the original purchase may be adjusted during exchange.
  • Exchange value will be calculated based on the prevailing gold rate and applicable company policies at the time of exchange.

2. Diamond, Precious Gem & Platinum Jewellery Exchange

  • Diamond, Precious Gem, and Platinum jewellery may be exchanged within 15 days from the date of purchase.
  • Original invoice and certificate (where applicable) must be presented.
  • Products must pass quality inspection and authenticity verification.
  • Applicable deductions may apply based on gemstone value, metal value, and prevailing market rates.

3. Refund Policy

  • Kiora Gold and Diamonds does not provide cash refunds for purchased jewellery except where required by applicable law.
  • Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed through the original payment method.
  • Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and banking institution.

4. Buyback Policy

  • Buyback facilities are available for eligible products subject to evaluation and prevailing company policies.
  • The final buyback value will be determined after inspection of the jewellery and verification of purchase documents.
  • Applicable deductions, taxes, and service charges may be applied.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Customized or personalized jewellery.
  • Special order products.
  • Products altered, resized, repaired, or modified by third parties.
  • Items without original invoice or required certification.
  • Gift cards, vouchers, and promotional items unless otherwise specified.

6. Quality Inspection

All returned or exchanged products are subject to quality control inspection. Kiora Gold and Diamonds reserves the right to reject any return, exchange, or buyback request if:

  • The product shows signs of misuse, damage, or alteration.
  • Original documentation is unavailable.
  • The product does not meet company verification requirements.

7. Proof of Purchase

A valid original invoice is required for all return, exchange, and buyback transactions. Diamond and gemstone jewellery may also require the original certification documents.
