Exchange Policy:

• Within 15 days: Full exchange value for gold jewellery purchased from Kiora
• After 15 days: Exchange at prevailing gold rate minus 10% making charges
• Must be purchased from the same country as the exchange location

Cash Buyback:

• Available at prevailing gold rate minus 10% making charges
• Original invoice and certificate required

Exchange & Buyback:

• Exchange at 85% of original purchase value
• Cash buyback at 70% of original purchase value
• Must be purchased from the same country as exchange location
• Original invoice and certificate required

Valuation:

• Based on original purchase price documented on invoice
• Subject to quality verification

All jewellery must undergo quality check before exchange or buyback:

• Quality check completed within 7-10 business days
• Items must be in original condition without damage or alterations
• Stones must be intact and secure
• Engraving or customization may affect exchange value

Lifetime Maintenance:

• Free lifetime maintenance for all Kiora jewellery
• Includes cleaning, polishing, and minor repairs

Fixed Retail Price Products:

• Items with fixed retail pricing are not eligible for exchange or buyback

Customised Jewellery:

• Custom-made pieces are not eligible for exchange or cash buyback
• Exceptions may apply at management discretion

Advance Payment:

• Minimum 50% advance payment required for custom orders
• Gold rate locked at time of advance payment
• Balance payment due upon collection

Collection Timeline:

• Custom orders ready within 15-30 business days
• Customer notified when ready for collection
• Items held for 30 days after notification

Invoice Requirement:

• Original invoice and certificate mandatory for all exchanges and buybacks
• Digital copies accepted if verified through our system

Gift Returns:

• Gifts may be exchanged with original gift receipt
• Gift giver's purchase details required for verification
• Exchange value based on original purchase price

Customer is responsible for:

• All applicable taxes, duties, and customs fees
• Any charges related to international purchases or exchanges
• Verification and compliance with local regulations
• Import/export documentation if applicable

Kiora Gold and Diamond Trading L.L.C reserves the right to:

• Modify exchange and buyback policies with prior notice
• Approve or decline exchanges based on item condition
• Request additional documentation for verification
• Update terms and conditions as required by law or business needs
