Product Information
Details such as purity, weight, stone specifications, and prices of jewellery are provided with maximum accuracy. As the items are handmade, or due to variations in photography lighting, minor differences in weight or design may occur. Prices are subject to change according to fluctuations in gold rates.
Order Confirmation
Orders placed online or via WhatsApp are confirmed only after advance or full payment is received. Confirmation will be shared via WhatsApp or email after checking product availability.
Payment Terms
Payments can be made via bank transfer, online payment link, or other company-approved methods. Full payment must be completed before dispatching the product. Payment receipts should be shared immediately after completing the transaction.
Delivery & Shipping
Delivery time may vary depending on the product type and location. Shipping charges (if applicable) will be informed in advance. The company will not be responsible for courier delays or customs clearance issues. Products will be securely packed and shipped with insurance coverage.
Return / Exchange Policy
Returns will be accepted only for manufacturing defects or incorrect product delivery. The product must be returned in its original condition along with the bill, tag, and packaging. Custom-made or personalized jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged.
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before processing or dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations will not be accepted. Advance payments for cancelled orders will be adjusted as per company policy.
Gold Rate & Billing
Prices are based on the current market gold rate. The final invoice will reflect the rate applicable on the day of billing.
Communication
All official communication will be made only through the company’s verified WhatsApp number or registered email ID. Do not share personal or payment information through unverified numbers or sources.
